my animus came to me
bleeding
in a dream
a mountain goat
standing
he showed me
between his strong legs
thick hairs
a rag soaked in the moon
the smell of his strength
and compassion

I’ve been having a series of dreams this Spring that seem more physical, more sensual than waking life. I can wake up and go right back into them, which I haven’t experienced before. And it’s the same dream person in every one. Thanks Sirena Tales….Your encouragement is a joy.
